All products are brand new, factory sealed, and backed by the manufacturer's warranty.

- Free ground shipping on most U.S. orders over $199.99.* some restrictions apply
- Ships via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Ground.
- Free ground shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories
- Eligible items will show a free shipping option at checkout.
- Oversized items, fluids, speakers, subwoofers, and some laser projectors or heavy orders may require truck freight and incur additional charges
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Address verification may cause delays.
Product Info & Specifications
Descriptions, specs, and images may change without notice due to manufacturer updates. Phantom Dynamics is not responsible for such changes.
Shipping Notes
- Special orders, international shipments, rush orders, or bulk orders may incur additional fees.
- Insurance may be added for high-value items.
- Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer.
Order Acceptance & Returns
- Inspect shipments immediately upon arrival.
- Report any damage, missing, or incorrect items within 10 days.
- Refuse damaged packages and notify us for a replacement.
- Failure to report within 10 days may result in the buyer covering return shipping costs.
Delays
Phantom Dynamics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, supply chain issues, weather, or other uncontrollable events. Please plan accordingly.
Return Policy
- Returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- Eligible products must be unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition.
- No returns on opened fluids, bulbs, software, custom items, laser projectors, mirror balls, or truck-freight items.
- Used or damaged items may incur a 30% restocking fee or be denied credit.
- No returns accepted after 30 days. Unfinalized orders abandoned for 30+ days are void.
Shipping Fees
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returned items must be properly packaged and insured. Phantom Dynamics is not liable for damage during return shipping.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone with options or estimated shipping dates.
Laser Projectors
All laser projectors over 5mW require an FDA variance. The customer is responsible for securing this documentation.
International Orders
- All payments must be made in U.S. dollars via wire transfer. Credit cards are not accepted for international orders.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination, plus insurance.
- Customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- Refused or undeliverable packages due to address issues or customs rejections are non-refundable.
- Phantom Dynamics will not mark packages as gifts or undervalue items for customs.
Power Compatibility
All products are U.S. models. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure voltage compatibility in their country.
Fraud & Security
Suspicious or fraudulent orders will be reported to the FBI's Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC).
Legal
- Phantom Dynamics reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or questionable orders.
- We are not responsible for typographical errors or supplier price changes.
- All trademarks and logos are property of their respective owners and used for reference only.
