Terms & Conditions

These terms describe the conditions for using PhantomDynamics.com and purchasing products or services from Phantom Dynamics. Please review them before placing an order.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Website use & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. If purchasing for a business or organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf.

We may restrict access or decline transactions involving misuse, suspected fraud or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.

2. Orders, availability & pricing

Product availability, descriptions and prices may change. We work to keep information accurate, but errors or supplier updates can occur. Contact us before ordering if a particular specification or delivery date is essential.

Orders are subject to availability and verification. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not guarantee product availability or a particular shipment date.

We may decline or cancel orders affected by pricing errors, unavailable products, suspected fraud or other legitimate fulfillment issues. We will contact you when an issue affects your order. We will not increase the amount charged without your agreement, and any required refund will be issued if an order is canceled.

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless expressly indicated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping and other disclosed charges are included in the order total or an agreed quotation.

3. Payment & billing

Online payments are handled through Authorize.Net and the financial institutions involved in the transaction. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Additional payment arrangements must be confirmed with our team.

You must provide current, complete and accurate billing information and be authorized to use the selected payment method. Orders may require billing, address or payment verification before fulfillment.

Your bank or payment provider may impose its own fees, interest, exchange rates or account terms. Contact that provider with questions about those charges.

International payment requirements are described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Do not send full payment-card numbers, security codes or account passwords by email or through our contact form.

4. Shipping, returns & cancellations

Our Shipping & Returns policy provides the detailed shipping conditions, freight exclusions, reporting periods, return requirements and international-order terms. Please review the policy before purchasing.

Processing and transit times are separate. Availability, verification, carrier disruptions and other circumstances can affect timing. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide notice and the options required by law, including cancellation and a prompt refund where applicable.

Risk of loss transfers upon delivery, subject to applicable law. Inspect shipments promptly and report damage, shortages or incorrect items as described in the Shipping & Returns policy.

Returns require authorization. Contact us before sending merchandise back. A return request does not itself authorize shipment or guarantee a refund.

Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Available options depend on processing status, shipment status and any disclosed special-order terms. Nothing in these terms removes legally required cancellation or refund rights.

5. Products, warranties & safe use

Products are sold new with applicable manufacturer warranty coverage. Warranty terms, exclusions and service procedures vary by brand and product. Manufacturer warranties do not replace rights or remedies that apply by law.

Manufacturers may revise specifications, packaging, accessories or appearance. If a product received differs materially from what you ordered, contact us promptly.

Follow manufacturer instructions and applicable requirements for installation and operation. Confirm power compatibility, mounting requirements and suitability for your intended application. Use qualified personnel where required.

Laser equipment and some special-effects applications may require approvals, permits or documentation. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure what is required. Buyer and operator responsibilities do not eliminate obligations that apply to sellers or manufacturers.

Consulting, design and installation services are considered individually. Any project-specific scope, fees, schedule and responsibilities should be set out in a separate written agreement.

6. Intellectual property

Website text, graphics, logos, images and other content belong to Phantom Dynamics or their respective owners or licensors. Product names, trademarks and manufacturer logos remain the property of their owners.

You may view website content for shopping and obtaining product information. Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial reuse requires permission from the applicable rights holder, except as permitted by law.

7. Privacy & external services

Our Privacy Policy explains how customer information is collected, used and disclosed, and describes available privacy choices. Acceptance of these terms does not substitute for consent where separate consent is required.

External links may lead to manufacturer resources, payment services or other websites. These services have their own terms and privacy practices. Phantom Dynamics does not control their content or operation.

8. Liability & protected rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Phantom Dynamics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or a purchase, including lost profits or business interruption.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for a claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to that claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law. They do not exclude responsibility for fraud, willful injury, violations of law, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. They do not limit legally required refunds, non-waivable consumer protections or remedies that remain available when a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, including limitations relating to personal injury from consumer goods. In those circumstances, the applicable legal protections control.

9. Governing law & updates

These terms are governed by Montana law, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Disputes will be handled in courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Montana, subject to any mandatory rights to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these terms and post the revised version on this page. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter an existing order without agreement or a legal basis. Additional notice will be provided where required.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
