All Special Orders, International Orders, Over Weight Orders, Rush Orders or Large Bulk Orders may have additional shipping charges applied and charged to the customers order depending on shipping conditions - Because of the different box sizes and country shipping restrictions - shipping may need to be up-graded to the next shipping option and the shipping cost will be adjusted to cover any additional shipping charges - Also in most cases Insurance will be applied to the order for protection and the cost of shipping may increased In some cases orders may be shipped directly from the manufacture

ACCEPTANCE OF PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT RETURNS - Inspection and acceptance of Products shall be Buyer's responsibility. Buyer shall report any discrepancy in shipment quantity or damage within ten (10) days from delivery to the Seller. Buyer's are responsible to inspect merchandise at time of delivery and inspect for any damage and to insure the correct merchandise and or any missing pieces. In the case that a product is broken or damaged during shipment, we ask that you refuse the order and notify us upon receipt and we may replace the item(s) with no cost to you. If the buyer does not refuse the order because of damage and or does not contect us within the first (10) days after delivery to alert us (the seller) of and damage, missing or wrong product, we (the seller) will not cover the cost shipping the products back for replacement or repiar, customer will be responsible for the shipping to cover the correction, replacement or repiar. Phantom Dynamics or our manufactures and suppliers have the right to " replace or repair " depending the circumstances. We will be happy to send you replacement parts if applicable and are covered under warranty
RETURN POLICY: All returns will need an RMA# to be returned, refunded or repaired - Please contact us for RMA# 406-270-3326
No return of products shall be accepted by seller without a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") Number, which may be issued by Seller in its sole discretion. Returned Products for repair under must be in original manufacturer's shipping cartons complete with all packing materials. All Products for return shall be returned freight prepaid in the manner specified in the RMA. If returned Products are claimed to be defective, a complete description of the nature of the defect must be included with the returned Products. Products not eligible for return shall be returned to Buyer, freight collect. No refunds will be issued. Credit will be issued to Buyers account at discretion of Seller.
Phantom Dynamics offers credit (excluding shipping fee) on most products returned within 30 days from invoice date on UN-OPENED, UN-USED & RE-SALE-ABLE products. No refunds, returns or exchanges on computers, Apple products, CD or DVD duplicators, clothing, lamps, bulbs, opened effects juice, gels, videos, cartridges, styluses, bulk-cable, slipmats, software, microphones, headphones, mouth pieces or any other expendable supplies. No refunds on: Bubble, haze or fog machines or lighting equipment, laser projectors, special orders, custom orders, phone orders, search lights and or large bulk orders that ship via truck. Any orders not finalized by the customer will be consider abandoned after 30 days and no credit or refund issued. All sales final.
THERE IS NO CREDIT FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES. All approved returns must be in new condition with all original boxes, accessories and packaging, or they will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Any returns unclaimed for over 30 days will be discarded. Gear that has been rack mounted, damaged gear due to misuse and any product that looks used and cannot be re-sold as new, will automatically be evaluated for a minimum 25% restocking fee. Re-stocking fee will be determined buy Phantom Dynamics and or the manufacturer or suppliers of the product being returned. The limited return policy is for orders purchase over the Phantom Dynamics web-site only.
All returns will be inspected for damage or use and all refunds can be refused if the product is used or damaged and/or the vendor will not accept the product. Please insure all orders that are to be returned when mailing for your protection in case of damage during shipping - we will and can not be held responsible if the item(s) are returned damaged.
Out of stock items: Given the nature of our products, we may not always have all items shown in stock. If you order an item that is not readily available, we will notify you via e-mail or phone with the expected shipping date and or order options.
Laser Sales - All laser projectors over the power of 5mw need and variance application. A variance is the responsibility of the customer
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International Shipping Terms and Conditions Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to avoid additional charges or delayed delivery of your order. Prices shown in US Dollars. All payments for international orders must be received in U.S. dollars. We accept only wire transfers. We do not accept credit cards for international orders
All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination + insurance. Phantom Dynamics’s prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs for shipments outside the United Sates. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees, or taxes - we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
International Returns or Packages Refused: If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for all the shipping costs relating to the shipment. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.
Your Country's Custom and Import Policies: Please note: It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you're importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or the order being returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products. Additionally, when ordering from Phantom Dynamics, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you reside and are receiving the goods. Any fees charged to Phantom Dynamics due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Phantom Dynamics will not mark your parcel as a "gift", declare a value lower than the actual price paid, or otherwise prepare false customs information.
Please note: U.S. Power / Voltage: Products are U.S. models and may have power/voltage requirements that msy different from that of the destination country, however most products are dual voltage and can run off or 120V or 220V or be adapted to wotk (this is the buyers responsibility)
